Freedom Home Care Receives the Gift of Giving

Chicago, IL, January 3, 2011 – Freedom Home Care, one of the fastest growing and respected home care organizations in Chicago received a holiday gift by partnering with the YWCA of Evanston.

Over the holiday employees from Freedom Home Care volunteered at the YWCA to wrap gifts for local women and children.

“Donating our time for people that really needed help this holiday season was a tremendous experience for our team,” said Jacqueline Lotzof, Director of Business Development. “Every day of the year, our business is dedicated to helping people, but this was different. We knew that the time we spent was making a difference for others, but in the end we were the ones that actually experienced the joy of giving.”

The Evanston YWCA empowers women and girls by creating opportunities and providing the resources needed for them to reach their fullest potential. They promote violence-free homes, schools, famili

es and communities and foster racial, gender and economic equity and justice.

“The YWCA offers various programs and services to meet the diverse needs of women and girls,” Jacqueline continued. “We suggest any organization looking to give back to the community to look into supporting their local YWCA.”
