We employ Caregivers, Companions, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN).

If you are a Caregiver, Companion or CNA, we require the following documentation be submitted prior to hire:
- Current Photo ID or Drivers License
- Social Security Card
- Proof of Current Auto Insurance (if you drive)
- CPR Card
- Current TB Test
- Current Physical Exam
- CNA Certificate (if applicable)
- References (including name and contact information)
- Fingerprint Background Check*
- Eight (8) Hours of Orientation**
* All Freedom Home Care employees must have a Fingerprint Background Check completed prior to hire. Once you are in the Health Care Worker Registry, your information will be kept current and up to date so you can use the background check for life.
** Orientation dates and times must be scheduled with our office prior to attending.
We do accept new applicant walk-ins but you will not be able to complete an application without all the required documents in place. Our office only interviews new applicants Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day.
