Post Surgery Transportation
Freedom Home Care can assist you in getting home safely by providing transport after surgery. We can assist with picking up your medications, groceries or any household chores that need to be done for you to be on the road to recovery. For over 25 years, Freedom Home Care has offered caregivers and nurses to assist procedures, surgeries and the geriatric population.
Scheduling Your Medical Transport
Call our office at 847.433.5788 to schedule a ride. Call to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of pickup or service charge will apply.
Costs of Transportation
Our transportation services are available on a per hour basis. If the transportation is outside our service area we need to bill an hourly round trip fee and also need to bill for the round trip mileage. Client must pay mileage and parking fees.
